FS#17 - Apps sorting: allow folders to listed first

Probably merge Sort a-z and Sort z-a as a single Sort menu item, and display a dialog with:
- radio button order ascending/descending
- checkbox folders first
- checkbox case sensitive

This task does not depend on any other tasks.
