FS#127 - General purpose notification element

Provide a way to display notifications directly inside the launcher. These could be done through a dynamic texts or variables and bindings.
Allow scripts to retrieve these data for further customization.

I don't know yet exactly what is possible.

This task does not depend on any other tasks.
